Content Marketing Manager
Dallas, Texas (in office) · Full time
About Savoya
For more than 25 years, Savoya has helped organizations manage executive ground transportation through a combination of exceptional service, purpose-built technology, and global operational standards. 61% of Fortune 100 companies have used Savoya for executive car service. Savoya serves the people responsible for booking: Executive Assistants, Meeting and Events Planners, Recruiting Coordinators, Flight Departments, and Security Teams.
About the role
We are hiring a Content Marketing Manager to create valuable content that helps us reach, educate, and win more of our primary audiences, especially Executive Assistants (EAs). You will make Savoya a resource EAs choose to follow for their work, beyond booking ground transportation.
You will own what Savoya says: the content that gets us found in search and AI answers, brings EAs onto our list, turns new sign-ups into first bookings, and helps every booker get more from Savoya. This is a new role, joining a new Optimization Specialist and an existing team of three.
What you will own
You own the message. Our Optimization Specialist owns who receives each piece, when, and whether it worked. Our Marketing Manager owns the calendar and the platforms it runs on.
1. EA list-building and community
- Bring Executive Assistants onto Savoya’s email list with content valuable enough that they choose to follow it, including blogs, white papers, and case studies.
- Build a content program for EAs covering the work around travel: planning for disruptions, managing executive preferences, and responding when plans change. Formats include demos, webinars, and video.
- Direct EA programming and content for events and partnerships.
- Create EA and general content for social.
- Bring real EA voices into interviews, contributed pieces, and practitioner perspectives. Speak with EA customers weekly to understand their needs and pain points.
- Engage in communities where EAs communicate, including forums, Reddit, and professional associations.
- Tag content-sourced contacts so list growth and conversion can be measured.
2. AEO and organic content
- Choose AEO and SEO topics, starting from a gap analysis, and write the pages for Savoya.com.
- Write content built to be cited by AI answer engines and found in search: clear answers, sourced figures, consistent entity details, and FAQs.
- Work with our SEO partner to turn audit findings into content.
- Refresh existing pages so they stay accurate and citable.
3. Email and sequences
- Own and improve existing new-sign-up and new-booker email sequences, and any new sequences built to move prospects through the funnel: what they say and how they are structured.
- Write and continuously improve new email sequences, working with the Optimization Specialist on segmentation, triggers, and testing.
- Write content that closes gaps the Optimization Specialist finds anywhere in the funnel.
4. Activation, education, and referral
- Write activation content that turns new sign-ups into first bookings, including people who signed up and never booked.
- Build new-booker education that helps people get more from Savoya after their first trip.
- Write the asks and messaging for our Referral program.
Across all of it
- Use AI tools daily for research, drafting, repurposing, and analysis. Own the judgment, voice, and accuracy of everything that ships.
- Write in Savoya’s voice: specific, direct, and from inside the reader’s job.
How you will be measured
You will lead on four measures: visibility in AI search, organic leads, growth of our marketing contact list, and trips per marketing-driven booker through education. You will share email engagement, lead activation, and Referral program usage with the Optimization Specialist.
Your first year
| Quarter | What good looks like |
|---|---|
| Q1 | An AEO content plan underway, built from a gap analysis, and tracking in place for content-sourced contacts. |
| Q2 | EA list growth underway, Savoya presence in additional EA communities, and AI visibility rising. |
| Q3 | Content-sourced contacts increase in volume and conversion. |
| Q4 | A substantially larger EA list and markedly higher AI visibility. |
What you bring
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in content marketing, lifecycle marketing, or community management, ideally B2B.
- A portfolio of content that drove measurable results: pipeline, bookings, list growth, or retention.
- Working knowledge of AEO and SEO: how answer engines choose sources, structured content, and on-page fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience writing email sequences in HubSpot or a similar platform, and tagging contacts so content-sourced results can be measured.
- Experience writing activation, onboarding, or education content that moves people to a first purchase and back again.
- Experience growing an owned audience, such as a newsletter, subscriber list, or community, from a small base.
- Daily use of AI tools in your workflow, with a clear point of view on where human judgment has to stay.
- Strong writing and editorial judgment. You can write an email that converts and make any piece shorter, more specific, and more accurate.
- You measure your own work, report on performance plainly, and change course based on what you find.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to Executive Assistants or administrative professionals.
- Familiarity with corporate travel, ground transportation, or another service where reliability is the product.
- Experience running events, webinars, or interview series.
- Social content experience, especially for a professional audience.
- Experience with Savoya Marketing’s primary tools: Claude, HubSpot, and Webflow.
Who you will work with
You will report to the VP of Marketing and join a small team where every project ties to acquisition, sales enablement, or retention.
- VP of Marketing: Sets strategy and runs every new play the first time.
- Optimization Specialist: Owns email segmentation, triggers, and testing; landing page and checkout tests; and the Referral program.
- Marketing Manager: Owns the calendar and platforms, from Savoya.com publishing to the email send schedule, social planning, and events.
- Graphic Designer: Designs pages, email templates, and social and event assets.
- SEO partner: Keeps the site technically sound while you turn search findings into content.
- Sales and Customer Success: Share the goal of helping each booker use Savoya more and tell you what clients are asking.
