CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST (pART TIME)
The Client Care Specialist is the embodiment of Savoya's commitment to excellence, serving as the primary touchpoint for our clients. With a customer-first mindset, high levels of empathy, and a solution-oriented approach, you will address and resolve real-time service breakdowns, ensuring that our clients always experience the unparalleled concierge-level service synonymous with the Savoya brand. Additionally, the Client Care Specialist will obtain all personal and logistical information relevant to booking requests provided via phone and ensure fulfillment on said requests. Job responsibilities include client interaction, problem resolution, feedback loop creation, knowledge maintenance, and relationship building, and flexibility. Skills used include communication skills, technical proficiency, empathy and emotional intelligence, problem-solving abilities, cultural awareness and sensitivity, attention to detail, organizational skills, adaptability, discretion and professionalism, proactive mindset, team collaboration, and continuous learning.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field and 2-4 years in a customer-facing role with a demonstrated history of exceeding service expectations. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for assisting other. Ability to remain calm and composed in high pressure situations. Flexibility to adapt to various shifts or irregular hours as client needs dictate. Familiarity with SaaS platforms is a plus.
