vendor relations manager
The Vendor Relationship Manager (VRM) will be responsible for managing and optimizing Savoya's relationship with its diverse and global vendor supply chain. The VRM will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that the company is receiving the best service, quality, and value from its vendors. Job responsibilities include vendor relations, performance monitoring, negotiation, onboarding, continuous improvement, risk management, stakeholder collaboration, market research, contract management, and conflict resolution. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, customer/client success role, preferably within the executive ground transportation or luxury service industries. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, and ability to travel as required to meet with vendors and attend industry events. Familiarity with SaaS platforms and their integration into business operations is a plus.
